on the 27 September 2021, the Chief of Mission for IOM - UN Migration Agency in South Africa, Ms. Lily Sanya donated Prevention, Infection and Control equipment to Beitbridge Port of Entry officials and to Border Officials at Musina-Beit Bridge in Limpopo Province. The project is funded through the Foreign, Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) and is implemented in Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe with the purpose of facilitating safe border Management procedures amidst Covid -19.

28 September 2021; The Chief of Mission for IOM South Africa – Ms. Lily Sanya took time for a Walk About to interact with truck drivers waiting to pass through the Beitbridge port of entry to other African countries. The Chief of Mission also distributed face masks to truck drivers as part of encouraging compliance of covid -19 regulations.
